Grilled Pound Cake with Pineapple and Passion Fruit
Ingredients:  
6 slices pound cake, about 1-inch thick
6 pineapple rings, about 1/2-inch each  
1 1/2 cups passion fruit yogurt
Directions:
1. Grill pineapple and pound cake uncovered, over
indirect medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
2. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt over each piece of grilled pound cake
and top with a slice of grilled pineapple. Serve immediately
Yield: 6 servings
