BBQ Grilled Rib Eye Steak w/ Shrimp Sauvignon Sauce
  4ea boneless rib eye steaks  
  2 Tbs avocado oil, (any will do)  
  1 tsp salt and pepper  
  1 lb shrimp 20-26 count  
  1/2 cup beef stock w/ 3 crushed garlic cloves  
  1 Tbs balsamic vinegar  
  1 Tbs shallot, chopped  
   Italian parsley, chopped fresh  
  1. Brush steaks with oil, season w/ salt and pepper. and fresh minced garlic  
  2. Cabernet Sauce:    
  3. Place wine in a saucepan over high heat. Simmer until reduced by half.  
  4. Add the beef stock, balsamic vinegar and shallots.  
  5. Reduce again by half. Add the parsley & dry crushed garlic 1 teaspoon  
  6. BBQ Grilling:  
  7. Prepare a fire in your grill.  
  8. When ready, grill the steaks as soon as the flames subside.  
  9. Serve with the Cabernet sauce.  
  10. braise the shrimp w/ shell and tail off in butter w/ garlic for 1.5 mi.   
  then add a little of the wine broth  
  11. when ready on the steaks at med rare let rest for 5mi   
  place on plate w/ shrimp
